Studio Agreement Terms - The Goddess Experience

Thank you for booking your photoshoot with The Goddess Experience! Please take a moment to carefully review this Studio Agreement. Reading and agreeing to these terms is crucial before proceeding with your booking.

1. Scheduling & Rescheduling:

Your session date and time has been reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule your appointment, be sure to get in touch with us ASAP. Rescheduling will incur a $150 reschedule fee if within 30 days before your session date. Reschedule requests with 14 day notice will incur a $250 re-booking fee. Rescheduled dates must be within 90 days of your original session date. Cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the entire session fee.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens, but due to the nature of our business and reserving our team for your session day, with a last minute cancellation our team will lose out on a day's work, any cancellations within 48 or 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in our full session fee. If you need to reschedule due to sickness, if possible try to let us know 72 hours before your session. We want you to feel your best going into your session so that you can make the most of it.

3. A-la-Carte Products & Collections:

Our full menu of collections and à-la-carte products will be emailed to you after booking. You can add additional products during or after your photoshoot based on availability.These products are purchased separately and are not included in the original package pricing.

4. Use of Session Credit:

If your original package includes a session credit (e.g., for collection upgrades), that credit can only be used towards collections offered through The Goddess Experience. The credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.Any unused session credit will expire 30 days after the original photoshoot date.

5. Payment:

Full payment is due 7 days prior to your photoshoot. If you choose a bi-weekly payment plan upon booking, make sure that your session will be paid in full before you session date.All prices are subject to change without notice, except for packages already booked.

6. Privacy

We respect and value our client's privacy preferences. If you don't want us to share any of your images on our social media or marketing material, it is not required.

7. Late Arrivals:

Sessions starting late due to client tardiness may result in a reduced photoshoot duration. We will still strive to provide the best experience possible within the remaining time.

8. Liability:

The Goddess Experience is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the photoshoot location.

9. Agreement:

By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Studio Agreement.
